বাংলা নববর্ষ মানেই নতুন সূচনা, নতুন আশা আর একসাথে আনন্দ ভাগ করে নেওয়ার এক বিশেষ উপলক্ষ। সেই আবহেই TAD Group আয়োজন করেছিল “বর্ণিল বৈশাখ”—একটি দিন, যেখানে কর্মক্ষেত্র পরিণত হয়েছিল উৎসবের প্রাণচাঞ্চল্যে ভরা এক মিলনমেলায়।

অফিস প্রাঙ্গণ জুড়ে ছিল বৈশাখের রঙিন সাজ, আলপনার ছোঁয়া আর উৎসবের উচ্ছ্বাস। সহকর্মীদের প্রাণবন্ত উপস্থিতিতে পুরো পরিবেশ হয়ে উঠেছিল আরও উজ্জ্বল, আরও আন্তরিক।

দিনটির অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবারের আয়োজন।
সহকর্মীরা একসাথে প্লেটে তুলে নিচ্ছিলেন পছন্দের খাবার, যেখানে প্রতিটি পদেই ছিল বাংলার স্বাদ, আর প্রতিটি মুহূর্তে ছিল আনন্দ ভাগ করে নেওয়ার অনুভূতি।

উৎসবের আনন্দকে স্মরণীয় করে রাখতে বিভিন্ন টিম একসাথে ছবি তুলেছেন।
এই মুহূর্তগুলো শুধুই ছবি নয়, এগুলো আমাদের একসাথে পথচলার, সম্পর্কের বন্ধনের প্রতিচ্ছবি।

বৈশাখ মানেই পান্তা-ইলিশের বিশেষ উপস্থিতি।

একজন সহকর্মীর হাসিমুখে সেই প্লেট তুলে ধরা যেন পুরো আয়োজনের আনন্দ আর তৃপ্তির প্রতীক হয়ে উঠেছিল, সরলতায়, ঐতিহ্যে আর ভালোবাসায় ভরা।

দিনজুড়ে ছিল একসাথে থাকার আনন্দ, গল্প আর হাসির মুহূর্ত।

সহকর্মীদের এই প্রাণবন্ত অংশগ্রহণই প্রমাণ করে TAD শুধু একটি কর্মস্থল নয়, এটি একটি পরিবার।
“বর্ণিল বৈশাখ” শুধুমাত্র একটি উৎসব নয়, এটি আমাদের সংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্য এবং পারস্পরিক বন্ধনের এক সুন্দর প্রকাশ।

নতুন বছরের এই সূচনায় আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, একসাথে থাকলে প্রতিটি পথচলাই হয়ে ওঠে আরও দৃঢ়, আরও অর্থবহ।

Hajar Hasir Dhara: Spreading Eid Joy Across 1,000 Children

Eid is a time of celebration, togetherness, and joy. But for many, especially those living on the margins of society, the essence of Eid often goes unnoticed, quiet, distant, and out of reach.

This year, TAD Group and Klothen came together with a shared belief: Even a small act of kindness can create a ripple of happiness.

From that belief was born “Hajar Hasir Dhara” a heartfelt initiative aimed at bringing Eid joy to underprivileged children across Dhaka.

Behind every smile was a process filled with care.

Eid clothing items were carefully selected, sorted, and packed, ensuring that each piece carried not just fabric, but dignity and warmth. The preparation phase reflected teamwork, with employees actively engaging in the process, turning a corporate initiative into a collective human effort.

On 15th and 16th March 2026, the teams stepped out into the heart of the city.

From the open grounds near Shaheed Minar and Suhrawardy Udyan to the densely populated lanes of Korail Bosti, the initiative reached those who needed it most.

Temporary booths were set up, banners were placed, and distribution points were organized, creating a structured yet welcoming environment for the communities.

As the distribution began, something beautiful unfolded.

Children gathered around with curiosity and excitement. One by one, they received their Eid clothes, some holding them tightly, others wearing them immediately, unable to contain their joy.

Parents stood nearby, smiling quietly, grateful, yet dignified.

What started as a simple distribution quickly turned into a space filled with laughter, connection, and shared humanity.

Each clothing item represented more than material support.
It was a gesture of inclusion, an assurance that they too are part of the celebration.

The transformation was visible:

From hesitant expressions to bright smiles,
From quiet observation to playful laughter.

These were not just moments captured in photographs, they were stories of joy, unfolding in real time.

Over the course of two days, the initiative successfully reached its goal,
distributing Eid clothing to 1,000 children.

But beyond the numbers lies the true impact:A thousand moments of happiness.
A thousand reasons to celebrate.
A thousand reminders that kindness still matters.

EmpowerHer: International Women’s Day 2026 | TAD Group × Praava Health

At TAD Group, empowering women goes beyond words, it means creating an environment where women can thrive, lead, and take charge of their well-being. With this vision, Praava Health brought a dedicated medical team to the TAD Group office to conduct on-site health screenings and consultations for employees.

Services Offered During the Camp

The health camp provided several free on-site health services for employees, including:

  • BMI and vital health checks
  • Blood pressure and blood sugar screening
  • Consultation with a resident physician
  • Women’s health guidance
  • Self-breast screening awareness

In addition, employees were offered special discounted rates on advanced health tests, including mammography, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), Vitamin D (25-OH Vitamin D), and triglycerides tests.

Encouraging Women to Take Charge of Their Health

Women often balance multiple responsibilities both at home and at work, which can make prioritizing health challenging. Dedicated workplace wellness programs help women access medical guidance, understand health risks, and take preventive steps toward a healthier future.

TAD Group Annual Health Screening 2026: Caring for Our People, Building a Healthier Workplace

At TAD Group, we believe that a healthy team builds a stronger organization. Guided by this belief, we successfully organized our Annual Health Screening Program 2026 on 8 January and 10 January, reaffirming our commitment to the care, prevention, and overall well-being of our people, because health truly comes first.


For this year’s screening, TAD Group partnered with Lab Aid, one of the country’s leading diagnostic service providers. The program was conducted by experienced Lab Aid medical professionals and pathologists, ensuring accurate testing, proper hygiene, and reliable medical support throughout the event.

This initiative was thoughtfully planned to make preventive healthcare easily accessible for our employees, right within the workplace. The program created an environment of trust, comfort, and professionalism, encouraging employees to take an important step toward understanding and prioritizing their health.

To ensure maximum participation and ease, TAD Group fully bore all expenses for the standard health screening package. The medical tests conducted during the program included:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Blood Sugar (FBS / RBS)
  • Lipid Profile
  • Serum Uric Acid
  • Serum Creatinine
  • Urine R/M/E
  • Liver Function Tests (SGPT, SGOT)

These essential tests help in early detection of potential health concerns and promote long-term wellness through timely awareness and preventive care.

The screening was carried out by qualified medical professionals, ensuring accuracy, safety, and hygiene throughout the process. Employees were supported at every step, from sample collection to guidance, making the experience smooth and reassuring.

The event space reflected careful planning, with designated areas for testing, consultation, and waiting, allowing the process to run efficiently while maintaining employee comfort.
