At TAD Group, empowering women goes beyond words, it means creating an environment where women can thrive, lead, and take charge of their well-being. In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, TAD Group partnered with Praava Health to organize a special workplace health initiative titled “EmpowerHer – Give to Gain.”

The campaign focused on raising awareness around preventive healthcare for women, encouraging employees to prioritize their health while balancing busy professional lives.

Bringing Preventive Healthcare to the Workplace

Workplace health camps make essential screenings more accessible, allowing employees to check their health without disrupting their work schedules. These initiatives help detect potential health risks early and promote a proactive approach to well-being.

With this vision, Praava Health brought a dedicated medical team to the TAD Group office to conduct on-site health screenings and consultations for employees.

Services Offered During the Camp

The health camp provided several free on-site health services for employees, including:

  • BMI and vital health checks
  • Blood pressure and blood sugar screening
  • Consultation with a resident physician
  • Women’s health guidance
  • Self-breast screening awareness

In addition, employees were offered special discounted rates on advanced health tests, including mammography, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), Vitamin D (25-OH Vitamin D), and triglycerides tests.

Encouraging Women to Take Charge of Their Health

Women often balance multiple responsibilities both at home and at work, which can make prioritizing health challenging. Dedicated workplace wellness programs help women access medical guidance, understand health risks, and take preventive steps toward a healthier future.

Through this initiative, TAD Group aimed to encourage its employees, especially women, to take a moment to pause, check in on their health, and receive expert advice.
