Any good initiative inspires everyone. TAD Group conducts various CSR campaigns throughout the year being obliged to social responsibility. In continuation, TAD Group has organized Go Green & Save Energy campaign. This initiative of the corporate office is highly commendable. Addressing the employees, the Managing Director of TAD Group said, “Be Sustainable”. Sustainability should reflect on everyone’s interpersonal relationship with their colleagues, good behavior, constructive thinking, responsibility towards work at office and above all well-being in one’s personal life.
He also added, as human beings we all have some responsibilities. We must be economical in using our natural resources like water, gas & electricity. He presented around 200 plants to the employees and encouraged everyone to plant trees and take care of them. Apart from these, he emphasized the importance of saving electricity. The initiative to save electricity by increasing the use of daylight throughout the office is undoubtedly commendable.
TAD Group has implemented this campaign in around 72 sourceing ready-made garment factories. Factories are working towards saving electricity by using solar panels, unplugging all electrical devices after use, and making maximum use of daylight as an alternative source to electrical lights. It is possible to bring in a lot of change through self-awareness. Which will contribute to creating a sustainable environment.
যে কোন ভালো উদ্যোগ সবাইকে অনুপ্রাণিত করে। TAD Group সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতা থেকে সারা বছর বিভিন্ন ধরনের CSR campaign program করে থাকে। সেই ধারাবাহিকতায় TAD Group আয়োজন করেছে Go green & Save Energy campaign. কর্পোরেট অফিসের এই উদ্যোগ অত্যন্ত প্রশংসনীয়। TAD Group এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক কর্মীদের উদ্দেশ্য বলেন- Be Sustainable. অফিসে সহকর্মীদের সাথে পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক, ভালো আচরণ, গঠনমূলক চিন্তা ভাবনা, অফিসের কাজের প্রতি দায়িত্বশীলতা, সর্বোপরি ব্যক্তি জীবনে ভালো থাকা সবকিছুতেই সাসটেইনেবল মনোবৃত্তি থাকতে হবে।
তিনি আর ও বলেন মানুষ হিসেবে আমাদের সবারই কিছু দায়িত্ব আছে। আমাদের Natural resource পানি, বিদ্যুৎ, গ্যাস ব্যবহারে সাশ্রয়ী হতে হবে। তিনি প্রায় ২০০ Employee কে গাছ উপহার দেন। সবাইকে গাছ লাগানো এবং গাছের প্রতি যত্নশীল হতে উদ্বুদ্ধ করেন। এছাড়া তিনি বিশেষভাবে গুরুত্ব দিয়েছেন বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবহারে। সবাইকে বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবহারে সাশ্রয়ী হতে বলেছেন তিনি। অফিসে দিনের আলোর ব্যবহার বাড়িয়ে বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয় এর উদ্যোগ নিঃসন্দেহে প্রশংসনীয়।
TAD Group প্রায় ৭২ টি Sourcing তৈরী পোশাক কারখানায় এই ক্যাম্পেইন অব্যাহত রেখেছে। কারখানায় বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয় এ সোলার প্যানেল ব্যবহার, ইলেকট্রিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার শেষে আনপ্লাগ, এবং বৈদ্যতিক আলোর পরিবর্তে দিনের আলোর সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহার, ইত্যাদি বিষয় এর উপর কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। নিজেদের সচেতনতার মধ্য দিয়ে অনেক পরিবর্তন আনা সম্ভব। যা সাসটেইনেবল পরিবেশ তৈরীতে আবদান রাখবে।
